Shipping

We ship within Europe to the following countries: Germany, Netherlands, France, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, United Kingdom, Denmark, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Ireland and Czech Republic within 4-7 working days. A flat rate of €18.00 will be charged for shipping costs.

International shipments are also possible to the following countries: United States, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, Thailand within 4-8 working days. A flat rate of €28.00 will be charged for shipping costs.

Important: Please note that for all destinations mentioned above, customs duties and VAT are applicable and must be paid by the customer.

Returns Policy

1.1 As a consumer, you may cancel your contract in relation to products purchased on this Website, without any penalty, by contacting Client Services by email: shop@ilmia.com. You have fourteen (14) days from delivery of the products to submit your returns request. We will confirm your cancellation by e-mail. You shall return the Products within seven (7) working days from the date you receive the return confirmation.

1.2 The costs of return postage shall be borne by the customer. You will bear all associated costs and liability. Any costs or expenses incurred by you in the return of products are not refundable. In this case, should your parcel be lost by the carrier you chose, ilmia® will not be responsible for it nor for releasing any refund.

1.3 You shall return the Products by packaging the relevant product(s) securely. You shall return the Product(s) in the same condition in which you received them, and they shall be returned in their original packaging; moreover, the Products shall not have been washed or damaged and the relevant identification tag(s) shall still be attached to the products with the disposable seal. Please note that ilmia will review the returned Product(s) via quality control. If the product(s), are received in perfect condition, new and with all tags and labels attached, ilmia® will approve the return and reimburse the price originally paid. ilmia® will refund to the card/payment method you originally used to pay for the Products once the return will reach our warehouse. If the recipient of the product(s) indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such product(s), the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded to the individual who made the payment.

1.4 If any of the labelling or tags are missing, do not comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale or ilmia® has any reason to believe that the Products have been altered, used or are imitations of the products or were not purchased directly through this Website, ilmia® will not accept the return and will return the product(s) back to you.
